Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligible Returns

Quality Issues

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Please submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Items

If we ship the wrong item, we will cover all replacement costs. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, including choosing the wrong size or changing your mind after purchase.

Return Process

Undeliverable Packages

For packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries, we will hold items for 30 days at no charge. After this period, you may choose to:

  • Reship the item (shipping fees apply)
  • Donate the item to charity

Reshipping

Customers are responsible for all reshipping costs if they choose to have returned items resent.
