Quality Issues

If a product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we offer replacements or refunds. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect Items

If the wrong item is shipped, Shedd & Co will cover the cost of a replacement. Again, claims should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

No Returns or Exchanges for:

Buyer's Remorse

Shedd & Co does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.

Handling Returns
Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, Shedd & Co will hold the item for 30 days at no cost. After this period, you can choose to reship the item at your expense or have it donated.

Reshipping Costs

If you opt to reship a returned item, you are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
