How do your sizes run?
Our pieces are unisex and often slightly
oversized. For a true-to-size fit, we recommend checking our [Size Guide]. If
you’re between sizes, size down for a snug fit or up for a more relaxed look.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are printed and shipped directly from our partners facilities. Typically, production takes 2-7 business days depending on the product. Once your order is complete, shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons.
If you’ve placed a preorder, please note that your order will be shipped on after the official release date. You’ll receive a
tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that
shipping times for preorders may vary, and we appreciate your patience!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
