Shedd & Co. Avoidant Attachment Hoodie

Minimal in design yet deeply reflective, this hoodie explores the balance between independence and connection. Featuring the statement “avoidant attachment,” it represents the journey of learning to open up, trust, and stay present even when distance feels more comfortable. Designed with a modern cropped silhouette, this piece blends structure with softness through its heavyweight cotton-poly construction. The fleece-lined interior adds warmth, while the drop-shoulder fit creates an effortless, relaxed look. Built for both comfort and self-expression, this hoodie turns introspection into something you can wear.

Why You’ll Love It: It’s subtle but powerful — a reminder that growth often means leaning into connection, even when it feels unfamiliar.
