Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
- Quality Issues: If a product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we offer replacements or refunds. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Incorrect Items: If the wrong item is shipped, Shedd & Co will cover the cost of a replacement. Again, claims should be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
No Returns or Exchanges for:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Shedd & Co does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.
Handling Returns
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, Shedd & Co will hold the item for 30 days at no cost. After this period, you can choose to reship the item at your expense or have it donated.
- Reshipping Costs: If you opt to reship a returned item, you are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
