Shipping policy

All of our items are made to order, which means each piece is crafted just for you. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, after which they are shipped out to you.

Shipping Times:

• US orders typically arrive within 8–16 business days after processing. 

• Remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii, may require an additional 3–5 business days.

Tracking Information:

• Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow a minimum of 5 days after processing for tracking to become available.

• Our shipping partners include: SpeedX, GOFO, USPS, and Yanwen Express. You may see any of these names when tracking your order.
